英国旅行之让人念念不忘的马铃薯千层派 Dauphinoise Potato

之前到英国旅行时,也出席了表妹的婚礼,是我首次参加正统的英国式婚礼和 garden wedding.

在婚宴时首次尝试马铃薯千层派 dauphinoise potato, 觉得非常惊喜。之前没听说过这种马铃薯烹调法,只是当下觉得非常非常美味!是一层层的马铃薯和芝士,应该是焗烤过的,非常香滑却不会腻。 现在回想起都流口水。
